Male Golden Grizzly Grizzly_Cajun: This award is given with thanks and heart-felt pleasure to Grizzly_Cajun. Brian has a dedicated and zealous devotion to the Grizzly chess family. He is enthusiastic and hard-working and has invested a great deal of time and effort tenaciously working on the grizzly site, attaching files, biographies and necessary data to help make the Grizzly site a more efficient, stimulating and smoother-run experience for us all to enjoy. Grizzly_Cajun's constant presence in Park Bench means that for many people, Cajun may be the first Grizzly they have the experience of playing. Always a confident, confrontational and talented chess player, Cajun's steadfast one minute games have improved vastly lately and his longer timed games have resolutely become even stronger. Many Grizzlies voted for Cajun for male GoldenGrizzly 2003 because he has given his own time to help them develop their chess strategem and styles. Cajun is always ready to help any Grizzly who has a technological or computer-related problem within Park Bench. Cajun's unfaltering friendship, persistence and wholehearted loyalty to his chess family is known, praised and prized by many of his friends. As Grizzly__Rabbit shared with me, "Cajun always stands up to defend the grizzlies when they are attacked and when a zoner attacks a grizz for being weak Cajun will always challenge them". Both as a Grizzly and as a sysop Cajun is an unyielding positive force within Park Bench and serves as an implacable ambassador for the Grizzly family. As Grizzly_Wild_1 says," Cajun is a very visible representation of the grizzly family (and) the high regard which I hold him in is obviously echoed by others he has equally affected." Grizzlyerror404 says: I was suposed to write something on the site and then things got a little busy around here and i didnt get the chance , so let me just say this , Cajun there has been many nights i would wake up in the wee hours of the morning cant get back to sleep , maybe thinking and missing of my father and no one to talk to then i come on line and get in the zone and there is a friend , a true friend , a friend i have played chess with , drank with and laughed with and shook his hand , and hugged. so once again i would like to say congratulations on being this years male golden grizzly ................... CONGRATULATIONS Brian on being voted Male Golden Grizzly 2003!!! |

Though she may not always see eye to eye with everyone, she is honest, warm and kind hearted and can be called a true Grizzly. Mary is always ready to help anyone that asks, giving them time and attention and helping them with their concerns. Our Grizzly family is better with you being a part of us. Thank you for everything that you have done to help make us the BEST chess club ever....... with love James

Grizzly__Rabbit writes: Elfin, even though you and me dont know each other personaly, I am sometimes a great judge of people and you I find to be honest and good hearted ...I know you do tons for all the Grizzlies and most goes unnoticed ...you are always there when someone has a problem...I believe you to be a true grizz in your heart...I voted for you becuase of this and to try and show you that all you do for us does not go unnoticed all the time and even a small thing for one person can have great affects down the road and the smiles and warmness you spread around causes the same in others...may God bless you and shine down upon you the warmness that you so gladly share with others.
