Grizzly News the best most comprehensive news worldwide as relates to grizzly biz..... get your copy today !!! With the recent change in composition of those contributing and maintaining the website, I have been asked and agreed to undertake the responsibility of developing the news page. I welcome suggestions and will take any input as seriously as it is proferred. I intend to make the news a more dynamic part of the grizzly experience though it will take a little time to mold it to my vision. Please check in from time to time and as you see those changes pass the word to others so this will become a more used....and indeed usable adjunct to the website. I intend to keep the page fresh, with news and excerpts from the forum, from photo editted artwork of members, member comedy, perhaps columns written by those among us with words bottled up and looking for a way to get out lol. In deference to the more junior grizzlies, i intend to filter it somewhat to allow them to access, and contribute to this page.

Snapshot of Jim Houston's (Grizzly_loco) modest Georgia abode.

The October Grizzly Chess Party held annually at Jim Houston's(Loco) Georgia home was well attended this year. Gord took the record for longest distance travelled, attending the party from somewhere out near the edge of the flat earth....lol(Nova Scotia) The event was also attended by both of last years Golden Grizzly recipients, Jodie and Tae. Other attendees included: Loco, Lar, Gnat, Fixit, Mrs. Fixit, Gord, Dragon, DTiger, Luna, and numerous local guests of Jim's...(he must have decided we clean up nice!!! lol) Donuts were provided by Krispy Kreme, and a good time was had by all as no one present lost their keys, received speeding tickets, or fell in the moat!
